OnTrack International were approached by their client, easyJet to work in partnership with them to create exciting and memorable sessions to support their involvement with Learning at Work Week and develop curiosity amongst their workforce.
OnTrack Solution
OnTrack were asked to deliver two engaging live sessions focussed on: learning, memory, mindset and collaboration as part of Learning At Work Week 2022. Sessions were designed to fall under the theme of āLearning Uncoveredā and to build interest in the L&D space, so that participants would come away with practical ideas on how to take ownership over individual development. These sessions took in to account the latest research and development in neuroscience, to build delegatesā interest and allow them to feel confident in uncovering more around learning processes and personal strengths.
In the first session, āLearning to Learnā, OnTrack aimed to create a sense of wonder about learning and provided practical tools to increase memory retention. Participants explored creativity and development planning through a series of innovative activities.
During the second session, āStrengths Uncoveredā, OnTrack helped the participants to create personal inventories which allowed them to assess their strengths and values, it included coaching exercises and collaboration tools to work more effectively with colleagues.
